All of the balloons in Balloon Town have been invited and everyone is very excited. However! The night before the party, there is a terrible and sinister storm. Magical winds rip through Balloon Town, scattering the inhabitants throughout the land. And worse! It rains frogs - each one hopping mad, and quite intent on popping all inflated lifeforms they find!
